You have to calculate it yourself. The nice thing is that you can frequently move your assets around because it costs almost literally nothing to do so. The best pairs are USDC-maUSDC if you want safe money for free or QUICK-MATIC if you want to keep riding the bullrun. Don't forget to unstake just before the time is up so you can easily restake when new pools launch right after.

I recommend moving ETH and whatever asset you'd like to start providing liquidity for and then creating an ETH-token pool. There's not much regular LINK on Quickswap yet so if you can bring over a sui stack or two and pool it with ETH, you'll have a great chance of rewards if you shill it to the marketing dude in Telegram.
