If it breaks lower, yes expect 32k, if it breaks higher (statistically this is slightly more likely from a pure TA perspective, add FA and it's more than slightly likely) expect the measured move to reach 68k+ before creating a new descending channel. Rinse, repeat until it breaks out lower on one of these patterns.
