Some of you guys are alright...

What I'm telling you may or may not change your life, depending on what you do with it.

I work in a prominent UK bank. Yesterday I was informed by a high-up relation that we will be using XRP for our cross-border remittances going forward. The trigger for adoption will be the settlement of the SEC case. We don't want the negative connotations of partnering with a company under investigation by the SEC. From what I understand, there are a number of international banks waiting to do the same. The case is getting settled THIS WEEK. There is going to be MAJOR price movement. By the time the news is out, you will be priced out permanently. I assume this news leaking yesterday is what caused the XRP pump while everything else dumped.

For full disclosure, I bought XRP for the first time yesterday. I am not affiliated with the community. I might stick around for a chat but I won't be answering any personal questions for obvious reasons.

Are XRP and Ripple the good guys disguised as bad guys? Anything with Trump being behind it? $300K is a bit much, according to my calculations the highest long-term is about half that (~$150K). Why $300K? That would mean escrow will always be escrow and half of the circulating supply will be stored by banks and retails with the rest of the XRP (Maybe 30 to 40 billion) actually driving the price up to $300K. Expand on that, please.

No way in hell this would happen but from the % of btc I have right now it would take for it to reach 1 billion per btc for me to make what someone would’ve made by holding 40 btc at 50000

the price will be whatever it needs to be to facilitate its intended purpose
the higher the price of XRP, the better it works
Imagine you're a bank who wants to move $100m USD to MXN
If 1 XRP = $1, it means you need to buy 100,000,000 XRP to send. There's nowhere near the liquidity so this would be extremely inefficient. Good luck trying to buy 100m XRP without moving the price.
Whereas if XRP = $1000, suddenly you only need to buy 100,000 XRP to send $100,000,000.

I'm not Op, but just search for ISO 20022 Big bang implementation. It is a tactic of adoption of the new system that will be used by most banks when migrating to the new standard, which consists of making all the changes needed on one single weekend. Some will do it next year, the US is doing it in 2023, if I'm not wrong, also I know that it'll be in November. It's all public info.

I also think there is more incentive for people at the banks to propose an outside solution instead of rolling their own, for the simple reason that they (or their spouse) can frontrun into an outside solution. An in-house solution just benefits the business.

The nyc DA just settled with Tether and they actually had a case against them.
The SEC’s case is so weak they had to amend it last minute because they were about to get BTFO.
So they added market manipulation onto the charges.
Kys dude, this is scam on morons like you to dump/not hold any bags.
Btw I don’t know if XRP will go to 2k (I hope) but what I do know is this is an OBVIOUS scam on specifically the American people not own XRP.

You see, banks across the world are going to adopt Ripple as their transactional mechanism as soon as this ridiculous court case is kicked into touch.

It’s not giving them wealth. It’s exerting control, 3rd world countries usually have corrupt leadership (See Africa) and those politicians gladly do what they are told for more wealth and power over their people.
People in 1st world countries do not have/usually do what they are told and the more money you give them depending on the freedom of the country will do a lot more.
But Juan from Tijuana who just went from broke to 100 million is only thinking about a few things he wants to do with his money.
And none of those things are a threat to the world order.

>How can anyone be priced out permanently?
Right now maintaining a XRP wallet requires that wallet to hold a minimum of 20 XRP. In the event that XRP does somehow end up in the 4 figure range you need to buy and hold a minimum of $20k worth before you can buy your first freely tradable coin. That 20 XRP minimum isn't hardcoded, either. If they want to keep it out of the plebs hands the minimum could just as easily be set to 1000 XRP. This mechanic makes XRP one of the few cryptos that actually CAN price out investors.
