I found their website, it says "After staking rewards are unlocked we will transfer 2.5% of the 15% delegator fee back to all of our delegators and thus lower the effective delegator fee to 12.5%" so 12.5% fee on rewards. not sure what kinda fee you have to pay if you unstake earlier since it doesn't say anything about that.
