The unlimited brrr is kind of already priced in and there is no more dollarydoos to be put into these inflated markets. That's it. Inflation is moderate to high in most consumer staples but it gets discounted by people introducing substitutions (buying beans instead of meat, etc.) and by counting improvements in consumer goods reliant on semiconductors (phones, computers, etc.) as deflationary pressure. So it nets as low inflation.

I suspect they won't be able to cook the books like this anymore now though because now we have a semiconductor supply shock like we had an oil supply shock in the 70s (which had similar deflationary pressure on the economy back then as well).

because the rich own all productive assets, stimulus eventually ends up in their hands. the rich then take that money and dump it into stocks/financial instruments. basically, the stock market is a giant sponge for all the excess money. there will be no inflation of commodities so long as people dont cash out their stocks en masse and start buying up consumer goods--which turns into a hyperinflationary environment

Exactly, most of the time, we see a relation between m1 and m2 but in this case, we dont. The increase in m2 has not been seen in the m1 category since people dont use that cash.

So the increase in M2 will flow into housing and stocks? Therefore, index funds are gonna moon?

Why are people talking about a stock market crash?

Also, will M2 money find it's way into Bitcoin?

lastly, why are people saying that the 10-Year Treasury Note interest is behind the current stock market correction? How does the 10-Year Treasury Notes fit into this?

Right now people is not using as much money, as I guess people rather save in case things get worse. Eventually we'll reach the calm before the storm, "new normal" will being, curfews and lockdowns will be lift completely and people will relax and spend like before again, thus increasing the velocity of money. That's when we'll see hyperinflation+ go into play.

Soon the cheapest new car you can buy will be a $25k hybrid lifted and bloated crossover with a billion driver assist add-ons to keep the price high.

lmao this is what I mean. You're gonna throw away $400,000 of future investing power because of stupid stereotypical shit. I don't live in PG anymore because it's too expensive (!), but I could bike to it if I wanted to. Do you know what's across the street from me? A hockey rink. I had friends in NOVA and MoCo get rejected from their top schools despite going to top-tier high schools, basically every person at MY high school who wanted to go to an Ivy got in.

You motherfuckers don't know what you don't know rofl

On another note, I have a family member who works with Asians who used to commute 2 hours from Northern VA every morning to work on Ft Meade, when COVID hit almost all of them went permanent remote. If they ever call people back there will be a revolt. But, here's the interesting part: the ones who HAD to come back moved to PG (not AA, because it's more expensive for basically zero reduction in commute time) because they finally realized how fucking retarded the whole set-up is.

Brainlet, it says what M2 is directly on the series
>M2 includes a broader set of financial assets held principally by households. M2 consists of M1 plus: (1) savings deposits (which include money market deposit accounts, or MMDAs); (2) small-denomination time deposits (time deposits in amounts of less than $100,000); and (3) balances in retail money market mutual funds (MMMFs).

This is not the banks' money. Bank "cash" money is held as reserve balances (where it earns 0.1% interest, paid by taxpayercucks, of course).

The big thing to understand is that although the money supply is skyrocketing the velocity of money is very low. You need both to have high inflation (and you need supply shocks to have hyoerinflation). Velocity of money is how quickly its changing hands. The money is going into crypto and stocks amd sitting there far more than it's going towards purchases of consumer goods.

nothing to see here, goyim. for another laugh compare your grocery bill 1 year ago to today, and then look at the CPI estimates for food inflation. https://www.bls.gov/regions/mid-atlantic/data/averageretailfoodandenergyprices_usandmidwest_table.htm

they do all sorts of magic, like considering food substitutions (less people eating meat and substitution high fructose grain garbage) and using that as a basis for driving down "raw" inflation data to something more palatable for dissemination to the jewish media.

I think that was true in the past when suvs were actually suvs and drank fuel like one, but thanks to crossovers and hybrid/electric tech big vehicles are here to stay as the fuel penalties aren’t as extreme as they used to be.
Ford sold over 200k Ford Fusions the year they decided to cancel it. They cited they weren’t making enough money on these units to justify keeping it around. They’d rather sell people 100k Ford Rangers that they make 8% margin on than 200k Fusions that only return 2-3%. This is another way inflation is creeping into our lives.
