You probably would wanna start with python first if it’s your first programming language. However most shit these days is done in the web, so you could just start with JavaScript and it will give you a good starting point for other languages. If you move into TypeScript, you will learn about typing and object oriented principles, then it will be a lot easier to pick up c++. Also since web languages are translated rather than compiled will be a lot faster and easier to see your outcomes than if you were writing projects in c++ which will better motivate you

learn literally any language (C++ is fine). Once you know any of them it's trivial to switch languages. The concepts/logic is the same, and that's the most important bit.
