It's a pretty legit chart, it's just that BTC doesn't hit bull territory by this metric until late 2021, nearly 2022.
Also I mean IDK, it COULD be different this time, since there are less and less BTC to be mined with each halving, and more and more people interested in buying the BTC. So, whatever. But I'm gonna be pulling out around December 2021 as far as my plans are concerned. Though that is still quite a ways off.
