Could you rephrase this to elaborate what you mean? I think I know what you mean though. THC is very mood-amplifying. Meaning that if you are already happy, THC will make you happier. But if you are already sad, THC will make you sadder.

In the context of treating Lupus patients who have painful skin symptoms, it makes sense why wouldn't want them to get very high and instead just numb their superficial pain. For this reason as well I think CRBP will provide great results at their upcoming trial.
