Software wallets are not safe, you could easily get a virus and get fucked. I would only use metamask connected to a ledger or trezor.

I dont use Metamask, I dont even know how. I dont like it, I dont like the little I do know about it. Took me 5 minutes to look up how to use trustwallet and be satisfied its like any other crypto experience, nothing crazy. Download app, set up wallet, click button (dapps) find pancake swap and connect wallet. Pretty ez pz, all in one app, and its a safe wallet too.

GL using metamask on a desktop and having it that easy.

Use it with a computer that literally does nothing else but crypto transactions on official sites. If it's some new crazy food farm shit I wouldn't even let MM touch it.

Metamask is secure, its the user that's the weak link getting tricked by fake things or a keylogger

Theres supercomputers which cant reliably do that if they start at the bottom and work their way up sequentially, or even just picking a slice to start at. The chances of 12 words out of 2048 showing up in order is beyond astronomical.

I have both SafePal and Ledger.
SafePal is kind of cumbersome to use if you do multiple transactions in a row, asking for your pin each time + the qr code part.
I also recommend splitting your funds across different wallet addresses, which you can do on SafePal by using passphrases.

Definetly one of the best features next to the low price. I don't mind the extra work with the QR signing it makes me think twice about alot of trades actually. I actually like it to be a bit difficult. Sometimes if I feel too trigger happy I will lock the safepal up and not look at the portfolio anymore.

No you could just attach the hardware wallet to your wallet, but the only way to be 100% sure the key is safe is to generate it on the hardware wallet and never move it off there which would mean you'd have to move your coins to that wallet.
