>buy small plot of land for 20k
>have a friend sign a fake contract to buy the land for 1 million dollars
>sell the contract for 1 mil

is this legal or possible?

>> No.2930021

technically it is legal, but who the fuck would buy it. thats your real problem

>> No.2930026

I believe it's considered fraud. Also anyone looking to spend 1 million USD on land will obviously realize long before buying the fake contract that the land is worse far less.

People with that sort of capital usually don't accumulate it by being scammed by people posting on an Indonesian textile social blog.

do real estate companies buy in bulk? if so, maybe I can sneak it in

so im a real estate agent, in my classes they talk about this exact situation. No "real estate companies" will not buy something so inflated in price, they will do price checks with similar properties in the area and realize its BS. You can try to do it, but good luck finding a Millionaire with the IQ of a pole.

it could work if you have several places in an area, you could increase the price of the land by doing something like that
