Let’s be realistic, bitcoin IS digital gold

But that has its downsides because gold is not good for debt. Slow and volatile, just like bitcoin. But it’s perfect for storing wealth.

We are gonna see defi totally disrupt our entire financial system. Defi will be 100x bigger than bitcoin. But so far nobody has been able to make a cryptocurrency that can maintain a stable value. Until now. AMPL is the simplest solution, but also genius and revolutionary as evidenced by the sheer number of copycat rebase tokens.

You guys gamble on literal shit like Luigi and Pancake but overlook the most disruptive crypto since Ethereum.

In short, AMPL can be used as a unit of account. Unlike bitcoin due to it’s volatility. Another thing to consider is that although the value of this token is pegged to the price of a 2019 dollar, it is not in fact a stablecoin. The Federal Reserve has done studies on it and this is the conclusion they came to. This means that it will not fall under the many stablecoin regulations that are coming down the pipeline.
Because it does have a tendency to remain at a value of around $1 2019 and will only have more price stability as it’s marketcap increases, it would work great for the cryoto lending market. DeFi cannot truly be decentralized if it is denominated in fiat money under the control of governments and central banks.
I don’t have to be “smart” money to realize this. In one year’s time this coin will be listed on every centralized exchange and will be available to lend and borrow from on COMP and AAVE. Even if the fundamental case is incorrect, these developments are inevitable and at the very least these platforms will experiment with it. You can buy in before that or FOMO in after it’s up to you. I really don’t give a fuck because either way I’m winning.
