whats your /makeit/ meal that you'll eat once you've made it? for me, its definitely going to be salmon belly sashimi, a dozen kumamoto oysters, assorted tempura and some handmade soba.

I've always wanted to try A5 Wagyu since all the cookingfags on youtube started becoming obsessed with it. If I can't find a good deal some sort of local grass-fed ribeyes- like the 1.5 inch thick ones with the nice brown crust and rare-ish center with plenty of salt.

Instant Ramen with hotdog cubes and a single fried egg.

Same shit I've eaten being poor. Except the hotdog cubes and fried egg will be a special treat I suppose. Make it will never be in my mind, I'll be addicted to making it numerous times over.

I worked there so if there was a smell I got used to it and I have seen some humongous rats before. But if we are talking about food in this thread there are some excellent restaurants there.
