I always felt imposter syndrome as a kid in Highschool. Didn’t feel like I deserved to make $600 bucks a paycheck for flipping some toast

the Corona shutdown proved that no one has to do anything but order Amazon and pizza forever and everything will still be fine

world is fucked dude

>> No.29255843

this world sucks

we could just be growing our own crops, chilling and playing sports but instead we got this matrix of slavery

It's basically true & jobs that do need to exist can be done by a minimum wage spic.

The pandemic has shown us that most of us are dispensible

Wait until you realize 90% of the population works for the top 10% of the population.

proved many things
- nature itself is tired of fat, unhealthy, and boomers
- much of modern civilization itself is a large sham and we are chasing numbers. nothing really stopping mass automation from replacing large swaths of jobs and the world still being okay
- lot of people that get high off their ass with imagined status from jobs are absolutely full of shit
- everything is held together by strings. a few weeks without income and corporations whine about going bankrupt
- lot of these wackos in power absolutely have no merit in making decisions for portions of the population
- being trapped in with people || being away from people, makes you realize how shitty some people are

You're right, and the matrix is not organic

Some say the annunaki created humans to extract gold and precious metals from the earth

Some say sentient fear/misery is a valuable energetic currency and Earth is a farm (see Loosh Theory)

Some say Israel and the you know whos have become incredibly powerful behind the scenes and see it as their religious right to steal from and imprison the goyim

Some say the machine is just out of control and the blind pursuit of economic growth coupled with modern technology is inevitably going to destroy the planet (see investments in Mars)

Either way a small group of wealthy powerful people at the top know why we are here and deliberately create these awful living conditions instead of helping humanity. Why? No way its just for money, they can print more

while i love entertaining these ideas of a nefarious group of beings outside mass perception, it also leads me to think about the possibility of the opposite: the good.

suppose there are evil beings, I'm assuming in a boundless universe there's gotta be SOME benevolent force to protect beings as well

what about the thought that there is no secret group of in-the-know elite. what if every single one of us has an ontology just as unsure as the next.

Life on earth rewards the strong and punishes the weak. Some people are just inferior to others by birth and because of that they are practically forced to live a life of pain and misery. It is in our DNA to seek perfection and shun anyone or anything that doesn't come close to that idea. Civilization is just an escape from that truth. Where is the good in that?

>I just realized that most jobs don't even need to exist
Depends on what you mean by "need to exist". From a certain perspective, no job needs to exist. But the fact that they do exist shows there's at least some demand for them.
On a separate but sort of similar note, I've often thought that apps, like the kind on your phone, is a false economy. Most of them are free and only make money by advertising, and most of the advertisements are other apps, and so on and so forth. Shits wild.

For good information on this topic read “Bullshit Jobs” by that one dude that died last year who organized occupy Wall Street. David Graber or something like that? Basically yea most jobs are unnecessary in reality. Plus a shit ton of jobs could be done by a robot or by 1 person working hard instead of a team of women on their phones all day

this no longer really has to be true: the survival of the fittest mentality.
modern infrastructure really removes that hell from us
And I imagine a space faring civilization is living in a post-scarcity and probably a post-profit driven world
