Scammers usually make effort to do fake roadmap and whitepapers. This coin has good code (check it) and good story (max supply just 9k) - so, there is no need to waste time on nice roadmaps, websites and whitepapers (which by the way you can fake).
There is something I call risk-reward. Risk is big, it could be a rug, but I can also gain x50. If I ask you - give me 100 dollars, you can have 5k dollars or zero, it is a good bet. :)
