most people are legit and sometimes have differing ideas about value. Sorted through half a dozen scams on CL and zillow to find my house in Denver. It's easy enough to judge character, even online. I believe if people trusted themselves more, and didn't 'try to give people the benefit of the doubt' while remaining confident in their instincts (which have been finely honed over thousands of generations of selective pressure) there'd be fewer issues like this.
