29226785 No.29226785 [Reply] [Original]

I’m making all this money but I’m not quite sure what my endgame is yet.

I’m considering working/holding/investing until I’m 40 and then retire on whatever I have. Probably 1-5 million. Just cash out everything and go find a nice quiet country to settle down for a few years and hop somewhere else after that.

Another part of me wants to buy a house in the next year or so, but I feel that might be a waste.

I don't really have a number. I'm already way past what I need, but I just want more for the heck of it. I'll give a bunch of the "excess" away to family and charities once I feel like it's time to call it quits.

8 million and I retire. I make 150k currently and I could live off 8 and never work again, 2% draw.
I figured my number lately because there is a chance I could hit it in the next 5 years. I originally did a lot of planning for a normal retirement but have gotten into more investments outside my boring but safe retirement accounts.
I needed to figure a number so I can just cash out and walk away safe.

Already bought one extra apartment and making 350 passive income, so maybe two more would be enough.

Over the past three years I've added maybe $50-$100 a month to my portfolio and now it's up to about $24,000.

I took out $3,000 this morning to buy off my car.

I want to wait until after the stimulus checks are distro'd and then I think I might cash out another 25% for a down payment on a house.

I would love to make it, but honestly if internet coins are just making my life more comfortable, even by removing a car payment. I'm happy.

All the plebbitors think that the housing market is going to crash soon but I highly doubt we're going to see a crash in big cities without a change in housing policy. Most jobs now require you to be close to an urban center now and we just allow the Chinese to snap up more and more real estate.
If you're targetting farms/cottages/small towns (less than 500,000), you may want to wait for the market to cool off a bit.

Sorry you’re too smooth brain to see it op.
This isn’t a bull run. This is reality for the central banking system. Bitcoin isn’t increasing in value. The reality is the fiat currency’s powered by reserved banking is showing its true value, which is worthless. It’s not trustworthy, it’s corrupt, and easily manipulated.

As Bitcoin gains more users, it role as the world currency is becoming apparent. Soon whatever value you use to for Bitcoin being usd or euro will be useless.
The bull run ends only when governments take extreme action to protect the central banking system.
Israel and America will ban it. With harsh punishments for anyone holding any coins. Expect military intervention for any countries that do not comply or do not enforce strict laws on their populations.

Obviously it, it might be too late. You’ll likely see some hardcore propaganda in the near future. If Big Banks can crash it, they will try to enact laws as a means of “protection.” Then you’ll hear how it’s wildly use from white suprematists terrorist and other extremists.

I've been asking myself this for a while and I don't know. I suppose it's human nature not to 'gamble' and part ways with their hard earned money. People don't know anything about stocks/investing/trading. Maybe there's the further aspect of people not wanting to trust someone else with their money.

Yet if you look at the copy feature on etoro, everyone has profiles with stats so you can see their past performance over the years. All the information is there, you just have to decide who to copy.

To make it safer, you can also copy multiple traders. So instead of putting 100k into one person, you divide it up to 10-20 decent traders with 30%+ averages over the past 5+ years.

It's also a pretty new system. I don't know why it isn't spoken about more.
