I knew all the arguments for NOK were medium to long term plays when I bought it a while ago, and was planning to hold it, but all the Finns warning against its eternal crab season scared me out. Chargepoint is the utility type picks and shovels play that can give insane gains long term esp. if the other companies get their shit together and we dont drive only with teslas with their supercharger network.

Getting a fat loan to speculate with using the sweet interest rates you can get on mortages at the moment not a bad move, you'll just probably be stuck with that move for a while once the underlying asset dips, and having that monthly strain on cash flow can cause issues if you have some down months on whatever you're using to pay the loan.
