The price of the coin and the price of queries are not coupled. A query is billed in grt, but at a fixed dollar amount (currently $0.0001 or something).
The point is, the value of the token has nothing to do with the actual cost of getting your data serviced.

If the price goes down, then more coins will be needed to pay fees, which means more coins will be burned by that .1%.
