File: 889 KB, 1902x1080, image.png [View same] [iqdb] [saucenao] [google]
290161

Reposting as per request:

1# Update!
>wtf is 1#?
1dash.net is a website I'm working on, with crypto related data, in which *you* decide what data you want to see and how you want to see them. You can rearrange and resize your layout with drag&drop. Premium features will be PND only.

This is a functionality update. PND voting for features has been added. This is huge because this was the last big thing I wanted to add before beta, and because
1DASH IS NOW OFFICIALLY A PND EXCLUSIVE SERVICE

You can vote for features by clicking "Roadmap" from the top-right menus. Then click the "Fund" button, you'll see an address. Send any amount of money you want to fund the features you want, but keep in mind that the features with most funding will get implemented first.
Every feature will be assigned an unique address

Please keep in mind that this feature is kinda rough for now, I'd like to optimize some things, but It should work.
There is a problem with the PND daemon, and in case it crashes you won't be able to generate an address for donation. It's kinda improbable, tho. Anyway don't worry as no PND will be lost in any case.

(oh, and remember that 1# isn't quite in beta yet, so there WILL be bugs)

Feel free to comment, post bugs etc., but most of all
Have fun!

>will they dramatically change the game?

already doing it in full force. for many people buying a >1mh/s miner for 200 bucks and the fraction of power consumption is THE FUTURE so they're all over it already.

the downside of asics is that the whole situation will speed the fuck up. newer and faster asics will be released in shorter and shorter intervals, making your $200 miner look pathetic in no time.

compared to graphics cards like the 280x you can't really sell used miners though. graphics cards can still be sold to gamers while miners that got too slow are pretty much expensive paperweights.

>> No.292233

>>292185
What are the effects on alt coins from asics? More difficulty I suppose? Do you see scrypt based coins going the same way as bitcoin in the sense that gpu mining will be redundant?

Seemed like a good idea since my electricy is free. Although gpus lose value pretty quickly, a year or so they'll still be worth something.

>> No.292370

>>292233
A lot of what pushes coin adoption currently is that any schmoe can get in on mining and have a substantial stake in a coin with just a decent GPU. ASIC farms will shift coin generation from enthusiastic amatuers to people exclusively looking to make a return on their rigs, however without enthusiasts there will be no one buying the latest shitcoin.

What I see ASICs doing is consolidating all the altcoins into four or five final contenders due to asics buying from coin specific multipools and those coins without cash money investor buy support external to the mining community will die within six months.

So in a few months you'll see BTC, LTC, DOGE, BC and a couple of others with actual value and then a shitload of coins with no real worth at all.

/b/ seems to be immune to cryptos now that they have been scammed out of it so many times with "doge doublor threads" and mass bannings.
That or the last attempts were just set up in a non-proper fashion.

just day trade with 10 k doge and eventually the margins will add up significantly

even if you lost 10k doges on a bad deal you have whole lotta backup

>> No.292998

As I said, I don't have the guts for day trading. Just can't do it, too stressful. Plus I'm quite busy at the moment.

Would it be deleted with a bannu?

Couldn't the OP just include not to fall for that shit? It's silly to think there are people are fall for it.

>> No.293001

>>292998

just like place a sell order first and place a buy order at lower price when the sell order goes through

if both order goes through you have made a margin without losing your doges . if the buy order doesnt go through you have just sold them at a lower price than usual

You can like try it with small amoutns like 100 doges and such to get the hang of it and start inreasing trade amount when you get the hang of it

you dont even need more than 2 minutes of your time to place orders

>Would it be deleted with a bannu?
The last two threads that have been done went without bans but were essentially empty. Then again, it might have been set up wrong. If someone can come up with an intriguing OP for it, please go ahead.

its better than doing nothing with your doge and just seeing it dropping its price

heck i wish i had even 10K doge, i could make some nice margins out of it

like i said eventually you could end up making a lot should the value of bitcoin rise in future which i think it will

and panda is going for pro on coinmarketcap, keep up the splendid work everyone~

No you couldn't, it doesn't work like that. There are limited buy orders at that price, you can't just say "you could have doubled your price" if the buy orders are a total of 5 dollars at that price, I could have doubled 5 dollars. Then it goes down from that point onward.

You're retarded.

The graph doesn't mean anything man, I thought you know how Crypto works? There is no buy support to sustain the market cap through dumps, as soon as someone starts dumping and eating up the few buy orders at high price your market cap will take a dive and one person will have made 10 bucks.

You're never going to be able to get enough people on board to get stability.

Oh, and also, I just wanted to say that since this board has IDs it's obvious you've been samefagging before IDs were here and trying to respond to criticism with your almighty knowledge. Stop acting like you're the god of Crypto and accept the fact that you're not always right. Your arguments lack consistence and logic so many times, I see why you samefagged before, when all you said with your trip was "no".

Just pathetic.
