One of the most professional projects out there. They wanted to solve the payment processing problem and quickly realized ethereum wasn't cut out for it. So while Request hyped their fundamentally broken payments gateway, COTI worked on their own solution which is now coming to fruition.

Now the groundwork has been laid, 16 million dollars worth of payments are processed monthly and huge merchants are on board.

COTI is a $2-3 billion market cap project currently valued at $90 million. It just needs a catalyst or two. These will be 1) ADApay, 2) EMI license.

As for the EMI license, it's the equivalent of this piece of news from 2007. For reference, the next lowest mcap project with an EMI license is NEXO which is sitting at $1billion market cap.
