You can verify the integrity of the supply by:

If you HAD to choose one coin with most safe optimal gains in 4 years then, then go BNB or GRT. BNB is one of the fewest coins that literally everybody has a use for and already using. I know when people say "ETH killer" for a coin it's a meme, but based chang made it so current/past ETH devs can literally port their projects to Binance where users won't have to pay $200+ (kek) just to swap a single time to trade

GRT is already used by thousands of developers and counting for good reason. GRT is the LINK killer. The red pill is that LINK use to be based, but Sergey and his team didn't see far enough to see that LINK had a major defect in its system. The way they have it made is so the most accurate and largest node gets the most contracts.. aka link pool (https://www.linkpool.io/).).
The danger here lies in that now that a single entity controls the node for pretty much all LINK transactions, it in return has become centralized to a random entity that businesses will think twice before investing in it. The only thing holding LINK up now is the polarized masses that were shilled it on a constant basis. Even has a cult on social media now filled with people who don't know how it works. Once we set into the bear market, it's gonna leave the top 10 soon enough.

XMR is amazing just for the fact that it's a thing of its own. People say hurr durr criminals use it. You know who else use/could use it? People in censored countries where their fiat is watched by the second. Criminals use Tor yet is has a purpose that's for your everyday human. I have a theory the government themselves keep pushing the agenda that you're gonna get kidnapped and other shit if you go there. A downside to XMR though is the adoption might be slower than other cryptos seeing how we're still in the early stages of this technology. But past 4+ years this coin is rock solid.
