Go into miners friend. More leverage to the underlying metal.

You need the suicide stack of metal of like 500-1000 ag and 1-10 AU if you are a poor fag and if you are rich fag you want like 5000-10000 AG and 10-100 AU

I take profits from my crypto speculations and funnel them into mining stocks and physical bullion because precious metals are the only things I can think of that are not in bubbles. Also Uranium sounds like a good idea considering green energy from wind turbines and solar panels are proving to be impractical, maybe after 6 years of more failure with these energy production methods maybe the world might re embrace nuclear power since it is clean and generates huge amounts of power cheaply.

Basically with Silver you are buying a extremely undervalued money (50% down from it's 1980 nominal high).
I think compared to silver could go in the future buying physical silver and holding it is really a great idea.

If a general collapse in confidence in the USD occurs, a widespread rush to gold and silver by the general populace and the paper silver market implodes I can imagine a ounce of silver being worth over $1000 USD and gold in the tens of thousands. Of course this is a real SHTF black swan scenairo, even if there was zero inflation and confidence in the USD didn't change at all Silver should still go up simply due to industrial demand to $100-200 USD.

It's all up in the air right now, there is no free market for silver so you can't rely on the price as a good tool for measuring the value of silver to a United States dollar.

All I know is that in french Argent means silver and it means money.

BHS is probably the best value in the mining sector at this moment. I know of no other company that comes close to matching its potential vs. how undervalued it currently is. They will be demonstrating production in a few weeks, and the share price should soar accordingly, especially if it coincides with rising silver prices. I hold 160k shares of BHS and am taking a gamble for what could quite possibly be immense reward, similar to Vangold.

Why do people with less then 1000 ounces of physical silver try to expose the paper market? Don't you goyim know that once the paper market for silver implodes the jig is up? Then it would be hard for most poorfags to scrape together a couple merc dimes let alone whole silver bars. its already over because you CANT get your hands on physical. perthmint are completely out of stock.

the only place i can get my hands on physical silver is a smaller bullion store which is selling at a massive premium($35+usd/oz) or on second hand markets which the lowest i could find is $50aud/oz.

Lol. I've taken crypto profit on every crypto bull run.
I sold 1/3 of my bitcoin for $1000 for sliver.
And again at $15,000.
I don't look at my boomer rocks with anything other than love.
I've taken profit on this bitcoin rally once so far and I will continue to do so at higher and higher prices.
Next target is 80k for another big silver purchase.
I want to tell you guys why I don't hate myself for all the bitcoin ive sold.
It's because I firmly believe that if you are the sort of person who is unwilling to take profit you will eventually loose all of your money.
I will do the same with my silver someday when all of you guys are screaming diamond hands diamond hands.
You'll say but its going higher.
And I'll say "probably, but if I'm unwilling to take profit on something I have made a lot of gains on already I would be courting disaster long term".

stimulus checks are a double edged sword... and if they dont use it, the economy sinks into deflationary spiral which will REALLY fuck shit up.

Why is it the only thing people can say about crypto is the lack of 'intrinsic value'. I think bitcoin is incredibly valuable. Imagine if the country you lived in got taken over by communists and you had a week to live the country with all wealth. Try sneaking 100k worth of silver out of a communist dictatorship without it getting confiscation and you being sent to a gulag, it's impossible.

With bitcoin you can have any amount of bitcoin and take it with you anywhere. You don't have to rely on a over seas vault to keep your bitcoin safe, you can just take a few hours to study proper wallet security and spend a few minutes a day memorising your 12 word seed phrase for your wallet and then you will be able to take any amount of wealth anywhere in the entire world uninhibited.

If intrinsic value was the number 1 factor that determined what is money then we would be using breathable air and fresh water as money.

If your gold gets confiscated or stolen that is a 100% loss, bitcoin is still in it's adoption phase so it's expected that it would be somewhat volatile in USD terms, this will change as the market cap increases. The way I think about it if bitcoin goes up in USD that is a USD problem not a bitcoin problem, if it goes down that is only a problem for people that are over allocated and that have weak hands and don't understand the possible future for bitcoin.

>>29037382
Vaults are still subject to third party risk, what happens if the government where the vault you put your silver into decides that it wants to take the silver from the vault? Something like 99/100 banks that you could have kept gold and silver with in the last 100 years have ended up either stealing the metals from the depositers or they ended up getting conquered and the metal was stolen by a foreign government.

So you can either just dig a deep hole in the ground, bury your silver or gold down there. Sure if well covered it probably won't be discovered or confiscated but at that point all you can really do is hope the communists or nazis or whatever that have taken over your state collapse if that process takes decades then you go decades without being able to even use your gold or silver.

Or you can try and smuggle it out where it will probably be confiscated and you are imprisoned.

Maybe you send it overseas but that country nationalizes, maybe you diversify with 10 different vaults in different jurisdictions. and only 2/10 steal your metals. 80% is better then nothing.

However only 1% of people are even capable of storing value in a overseas vault. 100% of people can store value in bitcoin with the only failure rate being due to the users own incompetent rather then uncontrollable third party factors.

Perhaps but how is the other 99% of the population that don't use overseas vaults to store their gold and silver? And also what do you mean by 'intrinsic value' all value is subjective. breathable air has no value until you are stuck in a room underground with ventilation. Fresh drinking water has little value in the west but in africa clean drinking water is very valuable.

If gold was as abundant as copper it would have little value, this is because value is determined by scarcity but by some intrinsic value nor by some sort of labour value. If it is desired and it is scarce then it is valuable.

It is the socialist mindset that thinks that labour in of itself is somehow valuable, if a man digs a hole to fill another hole with no purpose then even that act is valuable because of the labour put into it. No, labour has no intrinsic value, nother has a intrinsic value.

Yes even if gold was valued for it's monetary use it would still have value as a jewerly material. However this is the same as say if my laptop doesn't work anymore at least I can still use it as a floormat, it's a silly notion.

You can't print more bitcoin, it is absolutely scarce, its value comes from it's scarcity. Gold's value doesn't come from that you can make rings with it, nor does it come from that a miner had to extract it from the earth. It's value comes from it's scarcity and peoples subjective opinion that it is a store of value.

I would say Jim rickards says it best, the main thing that determines what is money is confidence, USD is bad money because confidence can be lost in a few months of chaos. Gold is good money because you can't lose confidence in a unprintable scarce precious metal. Bitcoin is good money because it is a absolutely scarce, peer to peer system of storing value.

My brother who trades CCG cardboard called to tell me that the normies in a discord he discusses the "Flesh and Blood" card game market in are now talking about buying silver coins and bullion now, largely thanks to the "silversqueeze" publicity and the few experienced stackers in the group offering knowledge and encouragement. The fact that autistic normie nerds are now aware of and interested in PMs is extremely bullish, it's unironically happening frens. Autists making their CCG do a 50x in 1 year is pretty darn impressive and made my brother a mint, but now they're rolling their gains into silver and spreading the word in what looks like a pretty organic "100th monkey" consciousness-shift.

This shit just keeps gaining steam, and in spite of jaded expectations rooted in riggers consistently crushing our hopes I sincerely believe that it's different this time. Physical is being drained fast and public awareness and interest is growing by the day in spite of the suspiciously flashy façade of the crypto casino being pumped by the MSM spotlight 24/7.

You can't build anything with gold, nor can you fight wars with it. It's a metal that has limited industrial use that is valued massively for its value as a monetary metal.

>>29039902
Rather value is subjective and scarcity determines the price of something. If it is subjectively valuable and also scarce then it will be highly priced.

>>29040093
Part of a objects value is determined by scarcity, if gold was as abundant as wood then it would have little value wouldn't it due to it's huge supply. If you seriously believe objects have some sort of god given intrinsic value then you are silly. Value is the price of something, the price of something is determined by some sort of market mechanism. The reason why we are so excited by Silver is due to the massive manipulation in the silver market over decades which leads people to believe that it is undervalued compared to where it rightfully outta be. This isn't due to Silvers 'intrinsic value' but rather due to 1:Massive manipulation of decades leading to silver being 1/2 of it's 1980 high, 2. the massive amount of money printing, 3. The long history of silver acting as money back stoping confidence 4. out of wack GSR leading to more returns stacking silver rather then gold and 5. Massive industrial uses and it is only going to increase with the whole 'green new deal' stuff.

All these reasons to be bullish on silver has nothing to do with its 'intrinsic value'. It doesn't have value in of itself, but rather it has value because what humans think of it and what we can do with it.

so how does bitcoin have any value? you're now just arguing my point instead of the other way around.

silver has 'value' because it has utility as a commodity and THEN as a store of value/medium of exchange. bitcoin has no utility exept as a arbitrary medium of exchange - and even then, it is awful. its slow, expensive, and not even private. there are dozens of cryptos which are a far superior means of exchange(but still have no real utility, of course)

The only issue i currently have with silver is my wife. I'm so happy with my stack that i start to look like a smug froggy mofo at home, and i'm pretty sure the harpy smelled something' fishy.
I didn't tell (((her))) about my silver purchases, and i'm remote working while she still go to her workplace so it was easy to get discreet deliveries. But if the succubus learn that i spent 30K on shinies she'll go full talmud and try to know where i did hide it all. Bitcoin has value because it is a scarce asset, that you can send to anyone, anywhere in the world without interacting with a third party, no one can print or mine more then 21 million.
Mean of exchange isn't the primary value proposition of Bitcoin, Apple pay is the best means of exchange. What matters if what you are storing your wealth in. Bitcoin never dilutes 1 bitcoin is always a share of a total of 21 million possible bitcoins.

Lets say silver is remonetized and it is at $1000 USD with a GSR or 1:10.

Let us then say that only 5% of the demand for silver is industrial/ jewelry demand. if that industrial and jewelry demand disappeared and silver was only valued for its 'store of value' properties would it then be worthless? No, it is the scarcity of the metal and the subjective opinion of the masses that 'Silver is money.'

>>29041975
Bitcoin is easier to trade with then a bar of gold in a vault in switzerland on the other side of the world. The value doesn't come from how good or a medium of exchange it is since apple pay on your phone is the most convenient thing in the world.

The reason why we don't use steel as money is because it is easy to produce more, it isn't scarce nor is it dense as value mechanism.

Also, if you can't find someone to buy your coins off of you. What wealth is it storing exactly? It has zero intrinsic value and 100% trade value.
