They should focus less on marketing to retail investors and more on their product, and getting it actually adopted by legitimate businesses (aka not literally Afghanistan). Marketing to retail investors would be way more effective if their network was actually being used by reputable companies.
1. Make the product as good as possible.
2. Get reputable businesses to use it.
3. Market to retail investors.
That's the formula, and more importantly the ORDER which they need to take if they want to see this hit a $10 billion+ market cap.

No one respects the UN, it's basically the League of Nations 2.0. Besides, Afghanistan has nothing to lose, so of course they'll use it. The Dutch are always trying to be on the bleeding edge of technology as well, so many of the initiatives they adopt fail. They need more risk averse, reputable businesses to adopt it if they want credibility in the eyes of investors. I say this as someone who is holding LTO.

Those are good, but the more businesses they get on their network, the more incentive other businesses have to follow suit. The exponential growth they're looking for isn't going to happen in the price, it will happen in how many businesses adopt it, then the price will follow.
