If you have a gaming rig with a powerful CPU you should be mining Monero (XMR).
Monero is CPU minable like how Satoshi envisioned. One CPU one vote.
Mining is not suppose to be by bunch of Chink ASICS cartels.
Earn extra income especially if you have free electricity.

the heuristics for America is usually what you spend in electricity will also be what you earn in coin. Spend $30 in electricity you will earn $60 in coin. And the coin will appreciate in value in the future if you HODL.

Youtube have a bunch of video tutorials as well for RandomX algorithm for Monero.

The clock on the memory for this one is 1796MHz you double that to get the DIM's 3600MHz, spread spectrum being turned on messes with the numbers a bit.

And yo can see that in mine here, 1900MHz clock double it 3800.

Mining in the background the whole time you've got your computer on is the most efficient in terms of watts/hash. The xmrig adjusts itself so it uses only leftover CPU power. Try it and see if it impacts performance for whatever else you're doing. And yeah it's very simple to stop and start.
