Yes, into CAD TFSA, then to USD TFSA with the same account number except for the last digit. Your CAD and USD one are "one account" in the sense that transferring between them isn't costing you more of your yearly limit. You can buy USD stocks in your CAD TFSA, but then you are paying a conversion for every buy and sell. If you plan on buying NYSE/NASDAQ/etc. stocks then put some money into the USD TFSA.
