The long and short is that if binance owns a significant share of a particular coin or if the people who own it keep their tokens on binance, binance will use those tokens to artificially suppress the price in order to scalp money off the top because it's easier than letting the price moon and then being forced to pay out dividends to the owners as they sell.

My feeling is that RLC has roughly quadrupled from the december low (though obviously we're down a little right now because of BTC's dumps) but I think it goes to 4 bucks by early march which is about a 2x from here.

The big news is the legal opinion which will affirm that under the rules of the AMF, RLC is SEC-legal and can be listed on American exchanges.

From there we'll see an increase as people fomo in for the big listing and possibly a pump to 30-100 dollars during the summer. I think it depends strongly on whether they list on Coinbase or Binance.us, because so far Binance has employed trade bots to stifle the price growth (without it, we'd already be at 4 dollars or more).
