I want to buy property but that is going up at insane rates since the supply is so low right now. Everything is up 10-30% over just 2019 prices. I have a feeling that it will drop once defaults are allowed, but biden extended out to June, and that is likely to continue to be extended at least into fall if not next winter since that is when the project herd immunity.
