The fees that are low are the fees on xDai, not the Ethereum gas fees. You'll need to spend gas at some point to move your farm over to xDai, but once it's there, you will have much lower fees when harvesting. The earliest you could move over to xDai and start farming is the March 1st, the planned date for the migration.

Now it's a whole matter of what chains are completed, the amount of liquidity bao can rake up. Thinking conservatively I'd say .1 EOY with these new plans. This is an extremely aggressive play by Baoman and if it pays off, there is an absolutely astronomical amount of LP he can soak up.

I implore you to just read the recent announcement a few times over, look at liquidity, and the value the project can have on each chain, and just add it up to create market cap. Baoman is right, this is a trillion dollar market of synthetics and opens several doors.
