Last year around this time, I got a call from my bank's fraud line saying I got scammed. I gave them my zip code, but other then that hung up.
I drove immediately to my bank (a small town bank), and the guy there was new and couldn't find anything. Eventually the manger was floating around and told the guy he was looking wrong. Turns out yeah, the banks fucking fraud line was operated by Indians.
Shit should be illegal.
Two things
1)Go into chase and figure it out in person.
2)Get away from chase.

One time I had a lady saying she was from RBC calling to discuss my advanced credit options or some nonsense.
