Wanting to invest in crypto. (Not meme coins pumped by Elon)

From what I see ETH is going to be the next BTC... Am I wrong in this?

What do you recommend for a long term hold?

What's your opinion on BTC and LTC? Looking for the best possible investment, not some meme coin of the month.
