If you’re a burger, download binance smart chain extension for browser. Transfer your BNB to the wallet. Swap your BNB BEP2 in the wallet for BNB BEP20. Transfer from that wallet to your newly reconfigured metamask wallet (see tutorial here for major retard help: https://medium.com/yetuswap/how-to-connect-metamask-with-binance-smart-chain-bsc-b0615d274156).).

If you can’t figure this out as a burger you’re actually unironically room temp IQ. If you’re not a burger, withdraw your BNB from Binance using the second option clearly labeled as BEP20 to your BSC-configured metamask. It’s not hard
