There is reasonable expectation (I would say over 50%) that shorts have not been covered and there are good prospects for a significant pump or squeeze. This is a risky investment, however it is one with a much higher than usual reward if successful. The fact that institutions have bought into it heavily also suggests that the price is not likely to drop in the near future, or at least there are prospects of gains here.
