1. binance is not available in all states in America and also not in china so you cant just go to binance and use it. also kyc vs a dex

Checked. Binance is also cracking down on vpn users from US making it impossible unless you buy an ip address elsewhere. Rbc exchange solved this problem as ALL coins binance offers in erc to bsc and bsc to erc, rubic exchange will let you do it. If you don't see your coin, you just need to use the search box and it will come up.
