the materials are probably like $10k, and another $5 million for an architect. Checked. They smell like dirt and moisture because of the plants. Similar to the smell of rain, which I learned humans evolved to be able to detect at very small concentrations. Our noses' ability to smell rain specifically is more sensitive than a dog's ability to smell anything if I'm remembering right
