CC allows institutional investors to manage large amounts of crypto using Coinbase. Why would Coinbase want to facilitate an "obscure" project like Fantom if it did not intend to capitalize on it? Two possibilities with the same outcome.
If Biden maintains the status quo then he'll predictably kick the "war on terror" can down the road like democrats are wont to do. In this case ACCI will keep testing/implementing Fantom like it already is. Business as usual.
If Biden decides to continue Trump's efforts to pull us out for good then Afghanistan will accelerate down the path of full autonomy without international interference and Fantom is helping them do that.
Barring the total destabilization of the region I don't foresee Fantom getting derailed. Afghanis want to be rich too.
