If Coinbase generates less money than Uniswap, but is valued at 50 billion, investors will clearly see an undervalued product in the biggest, first-mover-advantaged, global decentralized exchange. Because it's unregulated and will generate dividends/fees, the valuation could very easily be higher than Coinbase.
No one uses coinbase in Brazil, Argentina, etc. Everyone will use Uniswap eventually. I could go on.
