A word of advice, from someone who up until 2 months ago never had more than 2-3k in his bank account:
It is alt season. If the schizoids are right, and they sometimes are, this alt season may last through many moons.

Do you know what DYOR means? Of course you understand the acronym, but do you know what it really means? It means that you know what you're holding through a dip. It means that you don't get scared during corrections.

You WILL make a lot of money off 2x pumps -- 4x pumps, 6x pumps, 10x pumps -- if you aren't afraid to throw your money into the pot, but you need to know when to sell. You will, many times these coming months, regret NOT selling a random shitcoin at its ATH, even if you still came out on top. That's all well and good, but how do you avoid regret from selling?

>DYOR

You will know not to sell a project when you know in your heart that it is good, and it is virtuous. Maybe you won't know if it succeeds or not, but you're gambling on something that you believe in. These are the projects you need to hold. These are the projects that, when you see their logo & your pupils dilate while your heart warms, you need to DYOR on.

Didn't DYOR on a shitcoin, sold when you made a little profit, and it went parabolic? Well, if you didn't DYOR on it, you didn't believe in it in the first place, it didn't appeal to you. Fuck that shitcoin and fuck the people holding it.

DYOR to avoid regret. DYOR to manifest self-respect. DYOR to maintain integrity.

"Funny money" and "Real money". Know where to invest what.

Also:
>Learn the language of shills (exclamation marks are frequent, I've noticed)
>Learn the commonalities between PnDs
>Learn how marketcaps work
>Start using dextools for price checking

Incredibly based. I’ve been in the market since 2017 and this is perfect advice. Started at 1.2k and sitting on 175k now from these principles. There have been times I’ve felt regret for not fomoing into random pumps but overall hodling projects you believe in is the best for your bank account and your sanity.

Also one piece of advice I would give is go all in on one or two projects you have confidence in. Diversifying with such small capital is a meme, do it when you have a respectable net worth. Diversification is a play to avoid loss, not chase gains. Even buffet agrees with this.

There is absolutely nothing fucking wrong with playing pump and dumps. That's your funny money. I'm still a relative poorfag. Made my first 10k at the end of January -- maybe take my advice with a grain of salt, then, but it worked for me.

Funny money in overnight moonshots. Lost a couple hundred more than once, made several thousand here and there.

New Years Eve I committed myself to dumping most of my bank account into cryptocurrency. If you are a poorfag, you have nothing to lose, really, as long as you've got a steady income under your belt. I'm military -- I make E3 pay. What that meant for me was $500 into crypto, every paycheck, every two weeks. That was enough to get me to where I am now.

One more bit of advice for climbing the ladder from a sub-5k net worth: Frugality isn't saving money so it can sit and do fucking nothing. Frugality is forcing your money into providence.

I didn't read a self-help book for this information, I learned this from browsing /biz/ passively for three years and being too much of a fucking pussy to have anything to show for it. I'm lucky I'm only 21.

Now's your time to climb the ladder boys. I'm going to bed, but:

One of them will go to the moon right?
