From what I know the reward is usually 1k beans.
You can sprout more than once a day, usually with more beans.

Your wallet can be encrypted and only open for sprouting.

People say good sprouting comes from atleast 100k+, while I myself am going to try for 50k atleast for now, I'm leaving my buy orders open for sub 80 sats

You can but the odds of a successful sprout are very low

With 100k beans you will roughly sprout once a week (at this current difficulty of course, as time goes on it gets harder)

And yes you need to have the wallet open and connected to the network of course
