28562121 No.28562121 [Reply] [Original]

Double spend debunked. Around ~$40k in AVAX was invalidly minted (similar issues have occurred in ETH and BTC) and the same amount was burned by the Foundation to even it out. Nothing to see here, folks. Fudders BTFO again, rocket is being refueled. Last chance for sub-$100. Don't get left behind.

Couldn't reach out to Vitalik for any advice and this is what ends up happening. Avax showing itself to be nothing but a one trick pony

the minting bug triggered the network to fall back to safety to stop more coins from being created. All solved in yesterdays patch.

Because Avalanche consensus is extremely secure (No funds stolen at all) it recognized suspicious behavior due to the bug and halted the network, If the same thing would've happen to ETH/BTC (If someone can correct me here but i think BTC had the same bug early on and satoshi soft forked the network because hacker able to mint 200M BTC, The problem was solved in 4 hours, In avax only 780 AVAX minted because the network immediately recognized the bug, so nothing substantial, If any it shows how strong avalanche core consensus is)

Keep seething

This is what just happened on your network according to Emin
>The Pangolin launch generated enormous activity
It couldn't scale
>invalid minting of ~790.2 AVAX
And it suffered several double spends

Do you understand how terrible this is? You guys keep treating this as something good and I can't understand how you can be that fucking retarded.

First of all, Turks ARE retarded. It's due to Islam and marrying cousins and all that.
Second, more than half of them aren't even actual users, but a social media astroturfing company that got hired to shill on the internet. Though maybe they get paid in AVAX to keep them motivated.

Literally the opposite you street shitting nigger. If avax was forked garbage it wouldn't have problems because they didn't innovate shit and relied on mature protocol that already tackled all kinds of bugs.

Honestly i can't believe i need to explain people here that a new software is more prone to bugs than mature software kek
