Okay can someone who knows what they're doing look at this and figure out if a double spend happened?

We have a transaction that at one point did exist and no longer exists (screencap)
https://explorer.avax.network/tx/iWd83KayghBQYNERXem3nW8ifFjJsR66NwWcAR6uZavKFWthq

and suddenly there's a wallet with no input history for the same value
https://cchain.explorer.avax.network/address/0x0a99c32AFFAEc0a697D4CB4bf660Eeddcf432c21/transactions

I highlighted the link so anons can investigate

And anon converted it into wrapped ETH on pangolin, it's right there in his current wallet as a token

This is the calm before the storm
Until the devs address this ACTUALLY, AVAX will stay in limbo. They cannot just sweep this under the rug, we can see plain as day that the anon already has already spent 380 AVAX that he should never had had on 10.4 ETH. It's in his account. This is not a UI bug. He only needs to move this ETH off the AVAX network as soon as the bridges go live again, to prove he really did successfully double spend. To all the retards who have their turkish rugpull staked, I am not sorry for your loss. You were warned from day 1 that the promises were too good to be true. And now we truly see how much of a disaster this token is. Once the chain actually works and deposits reopen on exchanges, you will see a red dildo not seen since Bitconnect, or I guess more recently since GRO.

Hi discord!

>> No.28552448

Anyone screaming FUD, disprove the situation. I'm also looking for a proper explanation, so go ahead and explain this shit.

tl;dr there's 444 AVAX in the network with no known origin that might have come from a double spend.

See >>28551544
There's a supposed double spend happening in this tx. The tx can not be found in the explorer and supposedly has been removed by some means.
It is proven those AVAX exist in the network, though. See https://cchain.explorer.avax.network/address/0x0a99c32AFFAEc0a697D4CB4bf660Eeddcf432c21/transactions - they have been swapped with ETH (on the AVAX chain) since then.
It's not clear right now where those AVAX came from. https://cchain.explorer.avax.network/address/0x0a99c32AFFAEc0a697D4CB4bf660Eeddcf432c21/coin-balances has balance changes, i.e. including the X chain import seen in the oldest transaction. That transaction has no tx ID for the 444 AVAX that are also seen in the double spend. Normally there should be a tx (check your own wallet and imports).

The block itself where this supposedly happened in also has no tx with those 444 AVAX. https://cchain.explorer.avax.network/blocks/103645/transactions

So the question is, what the fuck is going on and where did those 444 AVAX come from? I see three possibilities

1) >>28550630 anon is running a highly dedicated FUD, which would include faking that "deleted" tx, noticing that block missing 444 AVAX, and preparing a load of screenshots in advance. Highly autistic and somewhat unlikely, but not impossible

2) some freak API and UX issue. As MetaMask, Pangolin and the wallet are all using the same fucking endpoint, and so does probably the explorer, the API might simply completely shit the bed and claim some transactions happened that just didn't, while the actual network is perfectly fine.

3) AVAX is kill

If you think this shit is FUD, explain what the fuck is going on. We're all in this shit and literally held hostage

that's a lie, look at hashes. There's only one transaction with 63.45 avax but it's displayed 7 times
7 x 63.45 = 444.15
then the full value is spent in two output transactions.
It's an explorer error, it was a double spend, somehow one balance change was counted 7 times.

I'll help you see it. Look at the picture, see how each one of those transactions have the same ID? It's because they all came from one transaction, which is this one.

it CANT be a UI bug because he has already traded them for 10.4 ETHER, someone else is now holding his duplicated avax, it's impossible for it to be a UI bug since that transaction and those 10.4 ETH would also have to be bugged then.

Think of it like this
>He sends 63.45 AVAX
>He receives 444 AVAX
this far it can be a bug, it's showing an incorrect amount because of some bug.
But now this happens
>He trades 444 AVAX for 10.4 ETH
>This transaction is confirmed
>He now holds 10.4 ETH and someone else holds 444 AVAX that he sent
It can't be a explorer bug since he actually USED those AVAX coins in a transaction AND he got the legitimate amount in ETH. It's simply not possible.

I initially tried to do the x-chain to c-chain transfer but the wallet was already having problems so it didn't show up in the balance. Got frustrated and eventually made a comment about it on /biz/, and someone recommended hitting the button to try to manually import.

I hit the "import" button a number of times while waiting, logged out and back in, etc. Didn't work. Even though my c-chain balance showed 0, I tried to send 63 to Metamask and hit send. It actually went through.

Cool, I thought. The transaction had succeeded all along, the wallet just wasn't showing it. So I put that towards AVAX/ETH liquidity mining on Pangolin.

A few hours ago I check my wallet again to see if the extra .4 AVAX or whatever from that transaction ever showed up and it said ~380 instead. Figured it was a visual bug but tried to send to Metamask anyway... and it sent.

If the import button did it I think a lot more people would have this problem but I don't know, I did hit it a bunch.

Try to click the tx ID link down there. Doesn't work, as claimed by other anons. This is scummy as fuck, the tx clearly exists and shows what happened to the 63 AVAX and that anon is not making shit up and originally transferred 63 AVAX.
