Link was stuck in a raging bear market too and look where it is now. Not saying that Rubic is exactly the same but I see some promising signs - the fact that they have a working product, they've stuck to the roadmap, they're doing AMA's and are actively seeking out collabs with other projects. With stuff like this I always expect the worst & hope for the best. If they're they can actually implement L2 then I highly doubt that 3 bucks will be the ceiling, there's other coins out there that do far less with higher market caps. I'm working within the current parameters and seeing where it could go, that's all. Besides I don't have an immediate need for money - I'm stably employed and I'm happy to let it ride for as long as I need to to make it.
