This coin just promised a lot with his pump,If you look the RSI (Down graph) We just hit a high level of stress on the coin, and this is going to need to fall back down (dump) to have a healthy growth later.none the less in cryptos, a first pump (AB) will most likely (66% chance) to create another pump (CD) of the same value.TL;DR: This week-end pump might has a 66% chance to push the coin to 4 USD

Anyone here actually program smart contracts? The idea of an api that lets you fetch information generically sounds good and is totally justifiable. But my question is: why the fuck does it need to be decentralized protocol? A decentralized API for something as simple as fetching data sounds so mind numbingly retarded.

>>28510111We've all been there. That's how you learn. Won't be the last time you ask yourself if you're a fucking retarded loser who makes shit decisions. Don't beat yourself up too much, nobody can actually predict the future. Nobody thought "Wow, this is gonna fuck me in the ass, I can't believe I'm doing this" while making a decision that later turned out to be false. Everybody thought they were doing the right thing. Just be reminded that you COULD have been right. There will be situations where you find yourself in a PnD, or some other stuff happens (like AVAX network fiasco, or a BTC crash) and the price DOES keep dropping and your decision would've been the right one. It's all a bit of a gamble.
>>28499015It always pumps in the weekend so maybe $3.5 but it will dump next week. It's way too high right now and it rose way too fast and once it corrects by like a dollar, people will fomo OUT very fast and drive the price down even more. I've always said, this is a $5 EOY token at best.
>>28510529I don't program smart contracts but I program apps that interface with them, which is what grt is primarily for actually. Grt sucks. They only index event logs and transactions (although they do do internal txs which is difficult and cool), whereas they don't touch the state and storage tries where the vast majority of data is (that's a very difficult problem that wluld actually be worth a lot for a solution). Most contracts nowadays avoid emitting events as much as possible because they are expensive, you need to watch the storage tries directly to extract all the important data from a contract.
Stop crying FUD at everyone not saying this'll be $25 EOM you fucktardsA correction is important for a good healthy long term growthIf you delegated and weren't a FOMOing retard you'd WANT a correction you newfaggots
>>28510470Not that anon but $20 is easily attainable. If the word about 10 billion actually not being enough when considering that indexers are already hording 2/3rds if the available tokens and locking them away, then we could actually see $100 or $1000. But that won't be apparent until we get more subgraphs migrated and people start collecting on query fees.Basically when the first checks for queries get released, that's when the real price action starts. People will be killing each other to try and get their hands on even 1000 GRT to make money on queries.
>>28499388I have yet to be convinced of either possibility. Makes me nervous, not gonna lie.

>>28511941My thoughts exactly. This project is retarded. There are many image file formats(jpeg, png, bmp, tiff) each requiring different algorithms to extract pixel data. So what programmers will do is wrap all those algorithms into a generic API( example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DevIL)) so that programmers don't need to have specific knowledge of every image format in order to open images and manipulate them. As a programmer, all you have to do to use devIL is import code into your source (loosely speaking here). The same should be true for this project. The project should be a library (a chunk of code that contract developers just import into their source) and not some fucking decentralized network of nodes.

>>28520799p2p.org and rybina are trying to make a business out of it, they're pretty reputable
>>28519879>>28505999yeah calm down. It'll probably dump to $2-$1.5 but will never be under $1 again
Anyone have the pics of that ethereum miners rig who was posting in grt threads the other day? I was telling my buddy how based the guy is stealing motel power.
>/biz/ bitches and moans about not getting into GRT on time>Beg desperately for a dip>It dips>They're all afraid to get onClassic. See you guys at $3 when you're begging for $2.80 again.

>>28521216It has been literal clockwork the last few weeks.

Anyone have a link to or screenshot of whatever article or website shows the Rothschilds getting involved with this coin?
Convert BTC into GRT or wait til next week?
>>28520983rybina is maxed out I believe
>>28521155That thread was something else. He mines 4 eth/month on his rig, and the hotel bill is something like $2k/month? Pretty solid side hustle.
<$2 EOD today. How far it dumps after dipping under $2 is anyone's guess.>$3 EOD Sunday. $3-$5 rest of March.Dump in March. Recoup. Big, big dump in May as people try to get ahead of the release in June. Provided the overall crypto economy doesn't take a big dip before then, in which case as usual alts will lose 1.5x the amount of gains BTC does.
>>28521455GRT is on sale, anything below $10 is a fucking steal. Just convert everything and wait 6 month, WAGMI
>>28521755I swear people being this retarded make me want to sell
>>28521751this seems like it's tangible. March is the release of more tokens? What is June? another release?
>>28521902I'm selling at 3
Don't worry guys, I am the opposite curse trader - I sell, things moon, I buy, things crash.I just sold my 20k GRT stack. Enjoy the gains anons.
>>28521755This legitimately isn't a $10 token for the next few years simply due to the tokenomics of it unless we're in a world where BTC surpasses $100k confidently. Don't delude yourself. The "delegation hurr durr therefore fake liquidity" thing is a meme. Get in on it by all means, be ok with it being worth $0.50-$0.75 for the majority of the next few years and hope it's red hot in the next cycle.
IGMI?

>>28522053Thank you based cursed anon.
>>28521964The euphoria is certainly concerning, and there may be a dump coming, but I believe in the project long term. My chest average is $0.60 and I've been calling for a $3 EOY since learning about the project. Might be $5 now. But the EOY means nothing to me. I think this project over 5 years will make a lot of us very happy if we continue to hold, delegate, and accumulate where we can.

>>28522537I don't disagree and obviously the "new paradigm" statement won't help but it does strike me as substantively different than 2017/18 right now with the institutional buy ins. GRT run up benefited from a forbes article and under the radar Rothschild entry. Not to say this is going to keep going up bigly but idk that there's a big crash coming. $2-$2.25 could be the floor for now

>>28521956https://thegraph.com/blog/announcing-the-graphs-grt-saleScroll down to Token Allocation. We're going to have billions of fresh tokens released into the market in the coming months and on a continuing basis for the next 4 years.Unlike what the hopelessly deluded say, this absolutely will affect the price on each release. March is the first expected dump from early delegators who locked in before the parabolic price rise and will be looking to take profits. You'd honestly have to be an idiot to think this is going to keep going vertically up and with it the cost and reward to simply delegating your tokens to someone without a MASSIVE increase in adoption of the underlying technology to match it. Don't get burned. There's many here undergoing their first big pump who'll swear it'll never end and then we'll have days of never ending pink wojaks as they adjust to their new reality.

>>28523858Kindly based of them. What's your %APY?
Will there be a dip at any point in the near future? I wanna buy another $1k of this shit I usually just miss out when I wait for a dip so i might just go for it.
>>28523496The only part that you could reasonably say may constitute FUD is the question over whether early delegators will dump in March based on the pump since they locked in. That's anyone's guess, but there's no shortage of delegators who've openly said that's their intention. As for the core facts surrounding the token, if you don't understand pricing as it pertains to supply and demand then there's no talking to you. It's ok for this to be a couple of dollars token btw. Not everything is or should be $1000 a piece. In fact, it's actively damaging to the progress of the crypto space if everything does speculate to such prices, although if you're struggling with understanding supply vs demand you may not see that also.
How do you withdraw your GRT after you undelegate? I undelegated but it's not showing up in my Metamask.

>>28509220I have 10,000. Until yesterday I made 310. People started undelegating with all the pumping in the hopes of selling on march 10th.This is the good part: The Graph will pump and dump like clockwork every 28 days with price increase each time. Swingies will be wetting their pants every 28 days. When people realize this, there will be GRT countdown threads on /biz/.The other good part: when people undelegate, rewards go up with fewer people in the pool. With 10,000, I was getting 4 a day. yesterday and today, I am getting 12 a day. I will make about 360 GRT a month from staking alone if this continues.
