I don't know how much this will go up, but odds seem pretty good it won't decline in value, so why hold your money in a bank? Most staking for interest seems to keep your money locked up for a year or more. Hell, CDs at banks do the same thing and only pay a fraction of a percentage.

When this moons I'm going to buy a big house near a university and allow hot uni girls who are use to getting free rides from men to rent a room for $100-$150 pw. If for some reason
can't pay rent then I'll make them do chores like cleaning toilets and mowing the lawn.
