AskoLend over AAVE -
With Asko we have high and low risk pools, which allow lenders to have more diversity in their portfolios (depending on their risk aversion strategies). Additionally, AAVE only has 23 lending options, and AskoLend, being very customizable and inclusive (on a per listing basis), will have an ever expanding list of lending options. As we list more and more tokens, and uniswap LP tokens on AskoLend, a good analogy would be comparing Binance (AskoLend) quantity of listings to IDEX (AAVE). However, our TVL will obviously take time to grow to AAVE’s.

I designed them and I’ll admit to being fairly unorthodox, as long as I can communicate the idea to Asko devs and produce a hell of a product, I’m satisfied. However, these are fair points and I’ll try to address them. We are looking to bring on professionals to revamp these docs, and fix that issue, moving to gitbook for example is a simple solution but not enough. The design is amateur on paper, though when it’s translated into code it will be a lot more congruent. With that said, the content of the doc itself can be professionalized and we will discuss that as a team. Thank you!

This is related to volume as well. Via our partnership with QUAI, we are bringing in a professional market maker, not market manipulator, to give more liquidity to exchanges as this is an issue. I was turned off by the idea at first and took some convincing, due to my love of austrian econ and free markets, but turns out it just provides liquidity to a CEX to address this problem. In an ideal world the DAO will be up and running and stakers will be receiving profits from products that are funded by the DAO. These products don't have to be made on xDai, but it'd be ideal for Reserve to catch on so there's liquidity on xDai. Then essentially what we have is Ethereum without gas and slowness, that's interoperable. With that interoperability you could use lend on xDai with no gas and with any no-ERC20 for example. You could also do this with any DeFi dApp existing on Ethereum’s mainnet currently, as they’re easily forkable to xDai, for the most part.

A DEX with these tokens listed would also be ideal, a combination of IDEX and Uniswap would be great, so you can set limits and also use it for P2P, and swaps. My vision is going to a cafe and buying a cup of coffee with xBTC from someone who only accepts xASKO without either party noticing, having to wait for their funds, or costing them any money/gas.
