Ethereum is going to be Myspace, You can't have a worldwide DeFi ecosystem with 25 transactions per second, plus those insane fees, especially when both those factors have already been beaten by some orders of magnitude.

it seems to me that the problem in the crypto space is that not many people understand what the projects they invest even do for example Xrp is hardly competence for ETH as the goals for both projects are totaly diffiend

Cardano's TPS scaling solution specifically is called Hydra. I haven't read the white papers myself but as far as I'm aware it's mainly based on a lot of hypotheticals they've been testing out. The bright side is that it looks like IOHK can actually deliver the million TPS they're promising.
