Honestly I'm thinking about buying back in as I've made quite a lot of money(for me) recently, but the gas fees are scaring me off. Honestly OP? This guy is right. If I had enough money I would 100% invest in BTC and ETH and just wait. Sure some days you will lose 5% but in the long run you'll always win, always. Kleros will probably dump to 3-4c but everything else will go to 0. BTC will do another -80% and ETH another -95%. PNK only going -50% from here is a pretty good option but might not be your idea of "hopium". The team will never have to sell tokens again, as they have enough ETH+UNI, and every single person holding kleros is already down on their investment so is probably not going to sell, especially if they understand the fundamentals.

It's been a year of insane gains and a year or two of bear season is just around the corner.

The Kleros team do very little to no advertising currently, but the real thing holding them back is having Kleros run on Ethereum. Cardano will fix this if the team do the beneficial and switch over

crypto in particular is overvalued 100-1000x overall, especially thanks to the tether printer. when overvaluation is THIS large, fundamentals have no effect
it's undeniable PNK is ahead of 95% if not 99% of crypto projects. but...
a reasonable valuation for what they're doing right now is maybe in the low millions
a speculative valuation would be in the high millions, low-8 figs
at $47MM mc it's already significantly overvalued, especially because we're talking about tokens and not stocks
it doesn't matter that shitcoins that are objectively worth a big fat 0 are valued in the billions. there's unfortunately no justice in the mechanics of overvaluation. the market is uncorrelated from fundamentals, and things will pump solely based on sentiment and marketing

Basically this. Whenever I invest into something like this (where I actually think it's fundamentally sound and a good hold, rather than just flipping shitcoins) I just put some money into it that I'm not concerned about losing, and if it goes to zero, so be it. So far I'm down about 30% in USD and who knows how much in sats, but it's such a tiny amount of my portfolio that it's whatever. No point in withdrawing it now when it's sank so low anyway. Might as well just hold onto it with no pressure and see if it somehow turns itself around later this year.
