Being cheap isn't the main thing though, you need to look at market cap and how many coins can be circulated. A low market cap and a low price is ideal especially if there is a lower number of coins (between 80-140 millions is good) as this allows plenty of room for the price to skyrocket.

RBC is good because it has all of these but also the project has a purpose with lots of potential. The large amount of whales holding this coin without dumping despite the dips in price is a good indicator that investors have faith in the project. Most have held their coins however some have been selling off shares to force the price down so they can buy back more of them which is another good sign however these are becoming less effective now that more people are buying and holding a lot of whom come from /biz/. Just don't spend more than you can afford and be happy that you got in relatively early as this has the potential to skyrocket in price. As mentioned above I got into LINK early thanks to this board and while I kick myself for not buying more I'm grateful for just how much I made on such a small investment.

Rubic.exchange let's you buy at the current price, but you have to pay gas. Probit let's you buy above market price. If you're buying a large about of RBC, it's worth it to use rubic.exchange and if you're not it's smarter to use probit. There's probably a way to make an equation to find the equilibrium point between the two, hold on.
