I ve discussed this before a long time ago but I was wandering around above the headwaters of Summit Creek, exploring a claim for a friend I think. It was the early morning and the creek had an spooky fog hanging over it, the old hand piled boulder fields of past mining were dead quiet. As I was hiking along these piles I stopped dead as I heard the most blood curdling scream come from somewhere up above me on the slope. It was clearly a young woman calling for help, I mean desperate trouble help. I bolted up that hill through the brush shotgun in hand expecting to run into some tourist, there was a hiking path with a parking lot nearby, but nothing. I looked and looked for an hour before I ran back to my truck and got a help from a crew of miners down the road. We found no trace of what happened or the call, but in more recent months I ve found out others in the area have experienced this as well. It actually goes back almost 45 years in fact in local hearsay written down in journals. It was not a fox or any animal, that was a person calling for help.

I ve experienced a lot of spooky things working in mines, seen things like tommy knockers but never been scared, that shook me.

All this normans' money pouring in stonks and shitcoins are their bank accounts trying to chase a decent interest rate to beat inflation ever since the ZIRP/NIRP policy have been put into place. All these retarded bubbles are the direct consequences of the government's regulations/FED forcing citizens to take always riskier bets because staying in USD is basically a constant tax with 0% interest rates and rampant inflation. This serve a triple purpose to the power in place : force a fake USD velocity, rake in more taxes, and be used as an excuse to enforce always more (((regulations))) to protect the citizens. This will all end up very, very badly.

That said i wont complain, because the day both stonks and shitcoins crumble, the only exit path for all the money sitting there (since they now simply are glorified bank accounts) will be PMs, and eventually collectibles. It will be trillions over trillions of clown money chasing down a very, very limited supply of commodities. And it will make us pmgchads rich beyond our wildest dreams. The writings are already on the walls, nothing can stop it, it's our destiny to be filthy rich.

Inb4 COMEX shill. You can buy as much silver as you want, but this isn’t /ssg/ silver stackers general

Chart depicts crustal abundance on LOGARITHMIC scale
Rarity + a decent number of applications = GUARANTEED GAINS no matter current price

>Yellow/PGEs are top-tier
>Blue/REMs are expensive because of low recyclability. However, new tech could ameliorate this like how Aluminum became dirt cheap to extract
>Red industrial metals are okay for owning stonks

PHYSICAL TIER LIST V4
>S
- Iridium - 2nd rarest, relatively low price, 2x last 2 years, still discovering uses
- Rhodium - automobiles, 10x last 2 years; however may be lower in future as cars become electric
>A
- Osmium - rarest, 1/3 the cost of Iridium, still discovering uses
- Rhenium - automobiles, aerospace, reasonably low price
- Ruthenium - electronics, aerospace, & medicine
- Silver - low cost, incoming COMEX default pump, many applications, widespread use
>B
- Gold - ultimate store of wealth, eternal, stable value
- REMs - rare because of low recyclability, good but few applications
>C
- Platinum - WTFFTW WHAT WAS THAT?!!
- Palladium - volatile price yet minimal gains
- Indium - equal rarity to silver, electronics
>D
- Mercury - hard to get acquire/hold, fewer applications due to toxicity
- Bismuth - various applications, pretty

I’ve got a question anons.
>bought this butter dish a few months ago for $1.99 at a thrift store, cause I saw the tarnish and I knew that meant silver
>and I needed items to decorate my new apartment with
>Since discovering /biz/, my appreciation for silver has grown
>so today, while gazing longingly at it (and some other finds, all of which, unfortunately, are only silverplate), I realized that it was marked “WM. ROGERS MFG. CO” above a tiny “99” (pic related, hopefully).
Could it really be .99 fine silver? Or is that just an old silverplate marking convention? My fridge magnet wasn’t strong enough to test it so that’s why I’m asking you all :)
A website I found dates the label from between 1865 and 1910, but describes the wm rogers mfg co as a “silver and silverplate manufacturer”, which didnt answer my question. Any help appreciated (and, advice on buying silver during this weird market is also appreciated)

In original earthcrust abundance, but one have been mined by the entirety of humanity for the past 5000 years and not the other.
Last time a new large Ag deposit was discovered was in 2017 in inner mongolia, even tho we now are spending more money than ever with all the best tools modern technologies can offer us into prospection.
Truth is we can't find new shit because there is none.
This is the ultimate stackerpill. I wish i could share with you vids of a french geologist specialized into metal prospection. No matter what happens, their silver loss is inevitable. That’s the scariest part of all of this. All of their efforts, plans, and public manipulations will come to waste, yet their mask are off and they have no ways of protecting themselves. The people are with Trump, no one has faith in the government anymore, nearly every dark secret is revealed and memed by Q, their companies are losing tons of support as we speak, Poland is officially recognizing the Holocaust as fake, and Europe is fighting against globalhomo. good to know. obviously I can't account for everything; this is just a general info for newfags. There's been quite a few asking about rhenium and whatnot.
While silver has been mined out, there are tons of it in banks or owned by others. obviously sucks for COMEX bc they're gonna default but those with stores of silver can just convert to something like gold. Just because its mined out doesn't mean its not recyclable. in fact, it being mined out means less costs bc they don't have to spend money on mining just recycling, unlike indium. But I did place it lower on the tier list than Ag

Some of the tarnish around the edge has a green tinge. That usually means copper as far as I’m aware. Is “99” a copper marking?
As for the “cling” vs “clang”, I dropped it but wasn’t sure how to answer that. It rings with a pure tone for >1 minute when I hold it in the center and hit it with my finger, however, which I read somewhere could be an indication of solid silver.
As for thrifting to find silver, I’d def recommend it—every time I go I bring back some neat old thing that a downsizing boomer or ungrateful zoomer heir just gave away, never for more than $3 a piece. My gf just got me a cool little pot/spittoon thingy, quadruple plated, which has retained its shine really nicely. If you trust sumerian texts, which are the oldest testimonies of the human race known to exist, we were chimps who got enhanced and DNA improved with alien genetic material to become slaves of an ET race and our only purpose in life was to mine gold for them.
So if indeed we are a chimeric animal with alien DNA only created to mine gold, i guess there is some remnant deeply seeded into our subconcious mind.

The reason gold has value is this: For most of history gold never had any pragmatic uses, it was just there to look pretty and symbolize wealth while being resistant to the wear of time through its inert, eternal nature. The reason it symbolizes wealth is that it takes a lot of time, resources, and labor to extract gold meaning that anybody who could get it in its final form would have to have power over other people and that process of extraction to get it. People only extracted it because they valued it. Humans are the locus of value. They give things value. Gold and silver being valuable is just what humans decide. Gold and silver being valuable is lindy.

Would be funny as fuck given that Elon cannot make his car company profitable even at current prices and given the fact that money is thrown at him and his company left and right. What would be even funnier is that if he couldn't turn a profit in his car business he might have to sell some bitcoin and dump it on his onions cult. Or he could of course just sell more stock to fund his terribly unprofitable businesses. After all Tesla is not a car company as the cult boys keep repeating, it is a stock selling company which business is to sell stock and by the looks of it it's turning into a fund. They sell stock to Elon's cult and buy btc which the cult then also buys. This is peak clown economy.

It's good to go with local rather than online imo. I wonder if there are large stocks of fake silver bars waiting to be sold when price goes higher. Probably not considering it's not profitable. I guess under 1kg is probably safe considering all this then, right?

Wait if there is 10 KG of silver in a single Tesla doesn't that mean a Tesla will be basically unaffordable to anybody if Silver pumps and is bought by people as a monetary metal? That is 320 ounces of silver per Tesla, that basically would mean that if Silver went to $1000 USD a Tesla would be worth like $400000 USD

Who the hell is going to be able to afford that? If the government mandates that new cars must all be electric people are going to have to take on mortgages just to buy their Teslas because of the Silver content.

This is Absurd.

Seriously if silver moons and it is so essential for industrial purposes won't that grind global industrial to a halt as Silver prices increase the cost of production for these tech companies and as a result they have to charge massively higher prices for Silver.

This would ultimately mean that for at least 20-50 years silver mining would be the most profitable sector on the entire planet.

nah, silver is a tiny fraction of each individual tech item
also most people buy tech on credit and won't even notice a few bucks more in price because they're already paying 200% interest over the life of the loan.
also having more expensive electronics is a status symbol, so people would probably buy more if the price goes up.
finally, most tech spending comes from businesses that can afford higher prices and just write it off as an expense anyways.

You are now starting to understand why the suppression of the free market for precious metals, and ultimately their price discovery, is such an essential mechanism for the global paper ponzi scheme.

All of the things we consume in our day to day lives are only remotely affordable with our worthless fiat because the real, tangible assets that are used to make them are unnaturally cheap. Goverment(s), central bank(s), financial institution(s) collude(in effect, they are all one entity) together to ensure that commoditie(especially precious metals) remain out of the public periphery. This keeps them scam going in perpetuity. They are then able to keep as all working for nothing, while they continue to accumulate tangible assets at depressed valuations. And normies wonder how the wealth gap has gotten so big...
