I made some of the threads anon, I'm surprised it never gets any attention here because, as others have said, they are a physical payment solution for ANY crypto on existing merchant hardware and they already have big name corporate partners. I don't understand why /biz/ ignores/

I don't know much more about it than that they've raised good VC money and actually have a practical use case which doesn't require any additional transaction hardware.

Merchants are incentivized to adopt it because Visa charges 3% fees while AMP charges a fraction of 1%... getting 2-3 additional % on each sale is a huge deal for any retailer.

I read many of these other coin's whitepapers and they seem very impractical by contrast.
