Inb4 COMEX shill. You can buy as much silver as you want.

Chart depicts crustal abundance on LOGARITHMIC scale
Rarity + a decent number of applications = GUARANTEED GAINS no matter current price

>Yellow/PGEs are top-tier
>Blue/REMs are expensive because of low recyclability. However, new tech could ameliorate this like how Aluminum became dirt cheap to extract
>Red industrial metals are okay for owning stonks

PHYSICAL TIER LIST V4
>S
- Iridium - 2nd rarest, relatively low price, 2x last 2 years, still discovering uses
- Rhodium - automobiles, 10x last 2 years; however may be lower in future as cars become electric
>A
- Osmium - rarest, 1/3 the cost of Iridium, still discovering uses
- Rhenium - automobiles, aerospace, reasonably low price
- Ruthenium - electronics, aerospace, & medicine
- Silver - low cost, incoming COMEX default pump, many applications, widespread use
>B
- Gold - ultimate store of wealth, eternal, stable value
- REMs - rare because of low recyclability, good but few applications
>C
- Platinum - WTFFTW WHAT WAS THAT?!!
- Palladium - volatile price yet minimal gains
- Indium - equal rarity to silver, electronics
>D
- Mercury - hard to get acquire/hold, fewer applications due to toxicity
- Bismuth - various applications, pretty

thought you guys would appreciate this. it's an '87 double florin. also known as the "barmaids ruin" as it's very similar in dimensions to a crown coin and often would be get confused. They were only minted between 87 and 90 and never circulated well, because of this they kind of got forgotten during the decimalisation and weren't mentioned in the demonetization legislation so it still remains legal tender today. Unfortunately this one has been polished up but it is still a nice example and I got it well below spot.

But I decided to do some research and the US law states that it is illegal to melt for the purpose of selling for metal value, but it's okay for education, novelty, or jewelry making. So couldn't I take some pre 1982 pennies, melt down to get the copper, make a necklace or some shit, and mark up the price I sell it when taking into account other materials and labor? Yes and also I'm noticing that Kinross gold is being fucked with as well. Jp Morgan just declared Kinross as "over weight", and the market "analysts" are violently trashing between "overbought" and "oversold", every week there's a new article, meanwhile the motley fool and other smaller outlets all rate it as a buy and bring up things like the fact it trades at 7x earnings and it should be doing 15x, so it's undervalued by half, then bring up the fact that they have one of the lowest AISC's for any gold mine and it's about 900 bucks. This shit is all so ridiculous I just want to kill these motherfuckers but congratulations on your fucking great Panther mooning with their industry highest AISC at like fourteen dollars, I hope it never gets nationalized and congratufucking lations on the literal who Skeena mooning, I wish my fucking Kootenay which is endorsed by Eric Sprott, or my god damned Dolly varden would fucking do Something.

Many reasons
1. it's all about yourself. sure you can play with others, but depending on how good you get, it's totally up to you.
2. there are tons of variables that you will never actually master making it always challenging. it's the one sport that you can feel good at one day and play like ass the other. weather (wind, water, heat) all affect how you play, along with the course conditions, etc etc
3. you can play it for life
4. it's a good excuse to get out of the house onto a beautiful course with your buddies and drink/be away from your wife for a few hours in a (((socially acceptable))) way.
5. it's the white man's sport.

It's very difficult and I respect the hell out of the pros, but I go out as much as I can to practice/improve. good way to make some money too. you can do tons of little side bets on the course if you're into that as well. if you get into it get fitted for clubs and take some lessons. otherwise you will be frustrated and everyone has a different idea/tip to give you that can be hard to incorporate if you don't have the basics down.

Ok boys, heres what I've found on Earth as described in Slumachs letter:

>the about 1.5 mile long valley ending in a box canyon, surrounded by sharp ridges and mountains
>the valley is well hidden, unobservable from down lower in the main valley
>its about two days normal walking from the lake
>the 'milky' creek is fed by a snowpack in a mountaintop rock field that looks like it produces rock flour during the summer melt up there, which is when Slumach would have been there
>there is a place on that creek where bedrock is visible, and the nearby soil has either been sloughed off or dug into
>within ~50 feet there is a distinctly tent shaped rock with a notch cut out of it facing the creek, and he was right - you really can't miss it.

No. If you are serious about it you're much better off collecting scrap copper and brass/bronze and melting it down you can get a small propane furnace for a few hundred bucks. Even this though is kind of a waste of time since it's much less labour/energy intensive to just bring it to the recycler and use the fiat to buy proper money metals imo. I'm an electrician and have been collecting scrap wire for a while I plan on saving it up until I retire or have no more space then just cashing it all in. Mine just shipped today, ordered on the 27th. Batter up, anon.

That's a good idea considering there will be return trips, setting up a little sluice could make the operation go a lot more efficiently. If it's hard rock though, yeah that could be a problem with no hard rock equipment or experience at it.

I think there might be plenty that's easily accessible either way though, he mentioned that he looked around and the ground was yellow with gold and that he had plenty of colors at surface level when panning. I figure more than a century of weathering up there should have put down even more gold.

It would be a pain in the ass to hike for 2 days all the way up there with an alpaca thats drawing attention to myself, when I can just charter a helicopter to drop me off up there and I can ruck the gold out myself.

not really no there is a lot of traffic in that area for all sorts of reasons, if you did a quick in and drop off than no one would notice except the most ardent watchers.

I guess.
I'm just not used to these long shipping times, I've been spoiled with "order today, receive tomorrow".
Especially now that something of actual value is coming in the mail.

Its very remote and once you fly in, unless someone else is in that valley, they wont see you land. Since there are chartering services close by I am sure flight tours are a thing for the majestic scenery and there are mining operations and an airstrip just north of the park. Flight traffic wouldn't be unusual for those parts.

in that case your only problem is getting the gold out of there. the only reson i suggest mules or alpacas is cause you can make a baggage train with them. the narcos use that method to smuggle shit across the border all the time.

In my case, one hasn't even shipped yet due to shortage or something.
Other one is shipped but the UPS van got stuck in the snow somewhere something or another.
So it can't be helped.
